• Your profile information, including photos and descriptions you add.
• Experience registrations, bookings, and attendance history.
• Content you upload, such as photos, reviews, comments, and portfolio pieces.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure the Platform.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Process experience registrations and send you confirmations, updates, and reminders.
• Operate the Nook reward program and your experience passport.
• Improve, secure, and promote the Platform.
• Communicate with you about your account, bookings, and community news.

When you register for an experience, your name, email address, age, and gender are shared with the organizer of that experience (the "experience host") so they can run the session and stay in touch with you about it. This sharing is limited to what is necessary to provide the experience. Experience hosts are independent of Nook and are responsible for their own handling of your information once it is shared with them.

Nook and experience hosts may take photographs and video recordings during experiences. Nook may publish and share these materials on Nook's official social media pages, website, and other promotional channels to celebrate and promote the community. If you prefer not to appear in such materials, please let us know in advance through the Help Center.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us operate the Platform (for example, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of Nook, our users, or the public.

We keep your personal information only as long as needed to provide the Platform and for legitimate record-keeping purposes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect it, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may:

• Update your profile information at any time.
• Manage your email notification preferences in Settings.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the Help Center.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
