Nook is a platform that enables users to discover, register for, and participate in creative experiences, talks, and community experiences. Nook may also allow experience organizers to publish and manage their own events.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Keeping your password secure.
• Ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• All activities conducted through your account.

Nook reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, discriminate against, or harm other users.
• Upload viruses, malicious software, or harmful content.
• Copy, reproduce, or misuse content belonging to Nook or other users without permission.
• Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Nook reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

When registering for an experience:

• Registration is subject to availability.
• Participants are responsible for arriving on time.
• Experience organizers may set additional requirements or instructions, which participants agree to follow.
• Nook reserves the right to modify or remove experience listings where necessary.

Where applicable:

• Payment must be completed before a registration is confirmed.
• Prices are displayed in the applicable local currency.
• Any applicable taxes or service fees will be displayed before payment is completed.

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual experience organizer and may differ from one experience to another. Participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable policy before registering.

Certain experiences may be designated by Nook as reward experiences ("Nook Rewards"). Users who have attended ten (10) paid experiences become eligible to register for one (1) complimentary experience of their choice, at Nook's discretion.

Nook Rewards are provided solely as a gesture of appreciation, carry no cash value, and may not be exchanged, transferred, substituted, or redeemed for money, credit, or any other form of compensation. Nook shall not be liable to provide any monetary or other reimbursement in connection with Nook Rewards, and may amend, suspend, or discontinue the Nook Rewards program at any time.

By registering for an experience, you acknowledge and expressly consent that your name, email address, age, and gender will be disclosed to the organizer of that experience (the "experience host") for the purpose of organizing, managing, and communicating about the session. Such disclosure is limited to what is reasonably necessary for the provision of the experience, and experience hosts are expected to handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Experience organizers are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of experience descriptions.
• Delivering experiences safely and professionally.
• Obtaining any required licenses or permissions.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

Nook acts solely as a platform connecting organizers and participants and is not responsible for the delivery or quality of experiences.

All Nook branding, logos, designs, graphics, software, platform content, business concept, and experience formats are owned by or licensed to Nook and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, imitate, or commercially exploit the Nook name, brand, logo, business concept, experience formats, or any part of the Platform, nor replicate or misappropriate the ideas, branding, or content of Nook or of other users, without Nook's prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in suspension of your account and legal action.

Nook and experience hosts may take photographs and video recordings during experiences. Nook reserves the right, without compensation to you, to publish, reproduce, and share such photographs and videos on Nook's official social media pages, website, and other promotional channels for marketing and community purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in such materials, please let us know in advance by contacting us through the Help Center.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, including photos, reviews, comments, and portfolio submissions.

By uploading content to Nook, users grant Nook a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and use such content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the platform.

While we strive to keep Nook available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nook may temporarily suspend or limit access to the platform for maintenance, upgrades, security, or technical reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nook shall not be liable for:

• The actions or omissions of experience organizers or participants.
• Personal injury, property damage, or losses arising from participation in experiences.
• Technical interruptions, delays, or system failures.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

Participation in experiences is at each participant's own discretion and responsibility.

Nook may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions.
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Harm the platform or its community.
• Abuse or harass other users or organizers.

Nook may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
